Return Conditions:
  1. Eligibility Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition of the Carpet: The carpet must be returned in its original condition, unused, and without any damages or alterations. It must include all original packaging and tags.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process the return.
Reasons for Return:
  • Dull Color: If the carpet color appears dull or significantly different from the images shown on our website.
  • Pattern Change: If the pattern on the carpet is different from what was advertised or expected.
  • Size Issue: If the carpet dimensions differ from the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
  • Pattern Irregular Shape: If the pattern or shape of the carpet is irregular and does not match the product description.
    Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized carpets.
    • Carpets marked as final sale or clearance items.

    Return Process:

    2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
      1. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
      2. Inspection and Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
      Damaged or Defective Items:

      If you receive a damaged or defective carpet, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

      Exchanges:

      Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
